I live in Andover,MA and I need dog agility hurdles and stuff that is INEXPENSIVE. Can I find these stuff at petsmart or something? I don’t want to buy it online, I want to know a store close by…

I’ve checked the AKC and I don’t see what the credentials are. My puppy is a 5 month old Japanese Chin. I want him to get trained up while he’s young and still fresh. Please help. Also, how long does it take for the average puppy or dog to get certified?
