I have a 3-year old Weimaraner that I am fostering and he barks for no apparent reason. I also own 2 Weimaraners and a Black Lab, but I have never had this problem with any of them.

I am working on training my puppy and I have read that hand signals are more accurate. How exactly does it register to them? How do you train them to respond to hand signals? Any advice would be great!

I am fostering a catahoula/sheperd mix and he had been living in a shelter for 3 years so he doesn’t have any idea on how to play or learn any obedience words. I wish to purchase a good dvd, simple and direct to the point. Nothing too expensive or too complicated.

Anyone in the Colorado Springs area swear by a certain dog trainer? I need a good trainer for 2 puppies!
